a. Residents who book any room type as a group of 3-12 people at a participating Chapter Property will be eligible for £250 cashback per person. b. This will be supplied as a refund into the Resident’s bank account by the participating Chapter Property reception team by 31 December 2025. Referred to as the ‘Reward’ c. Residents who are eligible are responsible for all other costs and arrangements associated with their Tenancy Agreement, including any necessary travel documents, passports and visas.
